The President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, the Vice-President of the European Commission, Věra Jourová, representatives of the government, ambassadors from European countries and many others will arrive at the opening of the festival on Wednesday. A short ceremony will begin at 18:30 on Strelecky Island.
